We do require a rental agreement to be signed before arrival. Sorry, no pets per HOA rules. No smoking, no parties, no events.
Minimum age to book is 25. We do have a doorbell camera at the front door facing away from the cabin that records audio/video.
Only two parking spots available. Pool will be open in Summer 2024, but we do not have the exact dates yet.

Suite Caroline is a nicely appointed condo located on the ocean with a short walk to a dune top deck overlooking the beach and shore. Deck is perfect for an evening beverage or for coffee and watching the sunrise. Rooms are well furnished and bed is very comfortable. Leave the bedroom doorwall cracked to fall asleep to the ocean sounds. Host was easy to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. Location is also very close to several very nice restaurants.

Get away birthday celebration

My husband and I took my mom and step dad to the outer banks to celebrate his birthday. The place was perfect - it was exactly what we needed. The layout, cleanliness, amenities and proximity to the beach were exactly what we had in mind. I will visit again this spring.

“The perfect place to stay”

Those were the words of my 22 year old son. Mom, this is the perfect place to stay. Location is perfect. Perfectly stocked. Beautiful and well kept. Beds slept great. All of them! Great neighbors and great host. Host could not have been easier to work with. We hope to return one day.

Perfect Mommy Daughter Weekend Getaway

Your condo was perfect for us! Very spacious, open concept kitchen and living room, perfect for hanging out and playing games or watching a movie on your cozy couches. Wonderful hosts and unit

From beginning to end, our vacation was wonderful at Suite Caroline. The hosts are available and helpful if anything was needed. The unit was clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Will definitely be returning.
