I know we arrived late due to the weather. It would have been nice if the maintenance informed the front office person that the room was not accessible. Two rooms were not accessible and it would take half an hour for maintenance to come and open the door. It was cold and late, having to make three trips to the front desk. It was nice that the staff to help to get us a room finally that opened. Then the curtains would not close all the way. I didn’t mean to complain just sharing my experience.
