Guest Access:
The property is equipped with an electronic key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you via email the morning of your check-in date. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you at confirmation of your reservation.

Surrounded by beautiful Texas Hill Country hills (including legendary Packsaddle Mountain) and embraced by the Llano River and Colorado River arms of constant-level Lake LBJ, Kingsland boasts miles of Texasâ most sought-after lakefront property.
There are three popular state parks within easy driving distance:
Inks Lake State Park; Longhorn Cavern State Park; and Enchanted Rock State Natural Area
The famous âSlabâ on the Llano River is one of the areaâs favorite swimming holes, and Kingsland Community Park provides public access to the lake.
Getting Around:
A car is the preferred method of transportation in the Texas hill country and Kingsland.

- Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am and are strictly enforced by the community. Please be mindful of this and take into account that outdoor music is not allowed past 10pm, and outdoor noise should be brought to the minimum.
- No smoking
- The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. 1 dog is permitted with written permission only. Cats are not allowed at all. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $1,000 dollar Penalty.
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay, and then the Maximum occupancy is limited to 9 people.

Our kitchens are also stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items.
We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. We will send you detailed check-in instructions 72 hours prior to arrival and are available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it.
Well kept, clean, great views and plenty of room for adults and teenagers to have their own space. Great location for convenience to grocery stores and restaurants. If you want to spend a lot of time relaxing in the water, this place might not be for you. Heavy, heavy boat traffic makes swimming difficult and owner does not have jet ski ramps or secure tie offs for parking (most rental companies won't rent if you donât have this). Bring your own rafts, tubes, lilly pads, etc. None provided.
This property is beautiful! My family stayed here for a long weekend and we wanted to stay longer. It was top notch. The view and the sunsets were absolutely breath taking. The concierge services were attentive and extremely kind. We will be back for sure!
We had a rocky start but the customer service was the best Iâve experienced in a while. Horseshoe Bay management company responded quickly and accommodated our group superbly for some issues caused by a previous renter. The house had everything we could need for our stay. I wish we would have had access to the jet ski lift, but it was not available. The only recommendation I would suggest would be to add some outdoor fans downstairs. It was extremely hot during our stay. I highly recommend this property.
My family and I arrived and we immediately thought were stay at the Waldorf Astoria. They had fruits a tray and a charcuterie board, along Prosecco and a pitcher of refreshment with ice with a note to add Procecco. We actually continue to have that ârefreshmentâ every evening of our stay. We only add addition crushed fruit such as Strawberries and Raspberries.
The property was incredible it had all the necessities to make complete meals form breakfast, lunch and dinner. They really thought of everything.
We had a lot of fun, caught a ton of fish and look forward spending more time at this property and other properties that are manage by Horseshoe Bay Group. They went out of their way to make sure it was just Vacation but an experience of a lifetime.
