We enjoyed our five-night stay at the ROK Hotel Kingston, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. We upgraded to a two-room suite with a balcony that faced Kingston Harbor. From our windows we watched the shipping traffic, the fishermen, and the pelicans. There is a park across the street from the hotel and the Jamaica National Gallery is also within easy walking distance. We ate at all three eateries in the hotel, and all the food was delicious. The staff that assisted us throughout our stay, throughout the hotel, were super nice and helpful. All of the employees are amazing professionals. We liked the furnishings and lighting in our room. There were a few housekeeping and mechanical problems In our room and our son's room. A couple of the issues affected how we used the rooms. We gave a friendly and non-snarky list of the rooms' problems to the front desk employee. She said she'd give it to the hotel handypeople right away. We'll stay at ROK Hotel Kingston if we're ever in Kingston again!

I like the fact that the hotel is downtown on the water. The area was diverse and I did walk around safe. The only thing I found strange in the hotel room was that the floors were dirty, the bottom of my feet got dirty quick in the room. And the bathroom sink faucet was loose and needed to be tightened up.

This place was beyond our expectations. From the moment we walked in we were greeted very professionally. Lorian went above and beyond to make sure that our staff was amazing. We had an issue with the door not opening and they upgraded us to a suite. The room was outatanding and the view wasworth a million dollars.We enjoed everything.
