Dirty and outdated

I've stayed at many hotels and this is one of the worst. Though the bed was comfortable, the hallways look like the carpets haven't been cleaned since the 80's. Showers look like they haven't been updated since the 80's. There are no plumbing regulators for the showers, so when you take one, you get cold then scorching hot water. There were dirty towels in the hallways. Cigarette smell came through the vent in the washroom, the furniture was not like the pictures in the listing. The chairs were old and ripped, the furniture scratched and peeling. The interior lock was falling off. They also have 'long-term' residents living on the 2nd floor of the hotel that are 'questionable'. I didn't feel safe. Will never stay again. Gross.

This is pretty much the worst hotel I've ever seen, 5 dollar a b that hotels in Cambodia are nicer, everything is rundown or broken, dirty, rusty, you name it. Super 8 should pull the franchise agreement as no brand wants this place as an example of their business.

The building is basically falling apart, including in the rooms, and maintenance and repair efforts are totally inadequate. Inadequacy of repairs hampers ability to maintain proper cleanliness.

Excellent hôtel.

Très belle chambre, large, propre, de grands lits queen et lit fauteuil de deux place. Parfait pour accueillir une famille de cinq personnes. L'hôtel est proche des restaurants.

Breakfast? Its a joke. The rooms stink, its dirty, they still low smoking in part of the motel. People fighting in the hall way, pitbulls on property living with permanent residents bark all night. Beds were dirty and had something on the sheets. They dont vacuum there was what i can assume was a sucker stick on the floor in the stairs for the 2 days we were there is no maid service. The walls and railings are disgusting. Needles and burnt tin foil outside some of the room leading to the parkkng lot. Do not stay here

Not worth the money.

This hotel definitely needs some serious renovating done. Was not as clean as it could have been. We booked for two nights, Friday and Saturday, 22nd and 23rd August. Upon returning to our room Saturday, after attending a wedding, it was to find that the beds had not been made, no fresh towels, and obviously not cleaned. Stairs to second floor needed a good vacuuming. Very disappointing stay.

This Super 8 has a contract with the Region of Waterloo for social housing. That area is smoking. So there are cigarette butts everywhere and the smell of smoke seeps into the non-smoking area. The room we had was in need of serious repair. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall, extremely poor paint job, a section of the bed frame was chipped way and wall paper falling off of the wall.
