Room was excellent. Location was excellent. Everything was very clean. Honestly an excellent place. My only complaints: - Too many e-mails and text messages; and quite honestly they didn’t make things all that easy; they were long and complicated, filled with links. A simple example: you sent me a SMS text message to rate my overall experience; I replied with a 4.5/5. You sent me an e-mail asking about my “check-in” experience; I replied with 3 stars out of 5… only to see that this is now captured as my overall rating… whatever. - Digital check-in. I would much rather have a code to get in and then retrieve a key or key-card from a key box.
