The mid level offers a spacious layout ideal for larger groups. It features a king bedroom with private en-suite bath, a queen bedroom, and two bedrooms with twin beds – perfect for kids or teens. A full hallway bath and laundry closet add to the convenience.

**Pool heating is available by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week; if requested, it must be applied for the full duration of your stay and cannot be added for partial dates**

**Please note the pool closes on November 1st**



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool heat fee is $75 per night or $500 for the week**



**Up to two pets per reservation with a $150 pet fee, which will be added to your total. Additional pets may be considered with prior approval and will incur an additional fee. Please reach out before booking if you plan to bring more than two pets so we can accommodate your request.**



**Pool will open April 1st and closes on November 1st**

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
