sleeping in comes at a premium!

I was in this beautiful region for two big family parties and needed also rest and peace in between, but it was very hard to get a good nights sleep with a lot of noise and action and commotion in the hotel, and even the cleaners knocking on the doors loudly at 9 AM, also breakfast only running till 10 AM which I didn’t like so much on the weekend
 Otherwise all very pleasant and loved that they have pedalos for free use at the river.

Hotel description and website are misleading

This property is located in a beautiful place, room was ok, and staff was friendly. However the hotel site and the ad are misleading and I will explain why. My friends and I were on a two week road-trip and this was our final stop before driving home to Germany. We selected the hotel and decided to pay a little extra because this place advertised a beautiful Spa and wellness area, open year round (this still shows on the site). After a long drive we arrive to the hotel only to find that the spa is closed during summer, receptionist explained that they would open the spa on request. We requested the spa only be denied by the owner. The owner not only denied access to the spa, she also loudly yelled at us in Austrian. Definitely a bad experience that broke our mood the final day of the trip. Won’t be stopping here again.

Poor communication and no air conditioning

They did not answer our question before we arrived. An automatic message informs us (few days before) that the main building is air-conditioned but the others are not. I send a message (5 days before, during this period our reservation can be canceled free of charge) to find out where our room will be and if there is air conditioning... no answer. I inform them that we have an 8 month old baby and that it is important for us to have air conditioning. When we arrived, the receptionist could not find a solution because the hotel was full. Maybe if you read your customers' message first, you can find a solution before they arrive. And if there is no availability, we understand and modify our choice of hotel. It's August, it's very hot and we haven't slept well as a result (adults and babies alike). I recommend that you choose a hotel with air conditioning. If you have a special request, no one can help you. Additionally, there is no equipment for disabled people, strollers or heavy luggage. However, the beakfast is good. The beach is cool but not at the front of the hotel, you have to cross the road. We will not come back.

Unsere Zimmer war in NebengebĂ€ude zweite Stock, Blick auf Innenhof, personal zu laut, am Abend LĂ€rm von KĂŒche, Dusche fließt nicht ab, und der Strand ist nicht auf GelĂ€nde, Muss man zufuß hingehen NĂ€chste Mal buchen wir wo anders Und die zwei Zimmer was ich nebeneinander haben wollte, waren in verschiedenen GebĂ€ude, bei der Buchung angegeben vor 3 Monaten

Comfortable and Efficient

Check in was polite, efficient and available late due to a very delayed flight. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Room had a few querks but not anything to avoid. Breakfast (included) was a self service cold buffet and well stocked. Check-out was equally efficient. I would stay again.

Bell'hotel a pochi km dal centro di Klagenfurt, stanza e bagno ampi e puliti, parcheggio disponibile presso l'hotel e anche nelle vicinanze, staff gentile e disponibile. L'hotel presenta anche il ristorante, ordinato la classica Wiener Schnitzel ed era molto buona. Colazione buona, ma non molto varia.

Tolles Hotel, uneingeschrÀnkt zu empfehlen.

wir waren mit den RĂ€dern unterwegs. Das Hotel liegt dafĂŒr sehr gĂŒnstig. Es fehlte uns an nichts, Zimmer ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Sehr gute Matratzen. Der Hausstrand ist sehr gepflegt und bietet von Liegen, Sonnenschirmen, Umkleide, Toilette und Tretboote alles, was man braucht. FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Restaurant ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir kommen auf alle FĂ€lle wieder.

Schöne Tage am Wörthersee im Rösch

Nettes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr gut und in der 'Corona Situation' konnte man auch auch der Terrasse essen. Restaurant ebenfalls mit guter Auswahl und sehr schmackhaft. Hatten ein 'Superior Zimmer' im hinteren GebĂ€ude - daher auch etwas ruhiger, da weiter von der Hauptstrasse gelegen. Zimmer mit Balkon recht grosszĂŒgig und nett eingerichtet. Der Liegeplatz mit Bademöglichkeit, Tretboot und GetrĂ€nken (im Hotel zu zahlen) ist natĂŒrlich genial im Sommer - nur etwa 200m Fussweg vom Hotel. So wird dann auch ein etwas lĂ€ngerer Aufenthalt interessant.
