I have stayed at both Campbell Station and Cedar Bluff locations frequently and they are both comfortable, the biggest difference between the two is convenience from the interstate, for the price point It quite nice11

Stayed at this property many times over the past 10 years and unfortunately the owners have made no updates and the hotel is showing its age and the condition is not very good. It has wall paper ripping, some ceilings have water marks and have spots that are falling down, carpets are very worn and need a carpet cleaning or replacement, drapes in the room were torn and just generally the hotel has seen better days. It’s unfortunate because this hotel is in a great location, staff are very friendly and helpful but it needs a good paint job and overall update.

I didn't like the room next to mine were smoking, in a non smoking hotel. I spoke to the front desk and they moved me.

This hotel is looking run down. The pool was closed and looked pretty rough. The hot tub was filled in with concrete. The toilet paper holder in our room was just a piece of wood drilled to the counter. The beds were comfortable and clean. The food was average.
