Excellent location. Very friendly staff. The rooftop bar was a nice touch. The only issue was that the AC stopped working the last night we were there, and the room was 80°F (it was July). The front desk staff was really helpful when we let them know.

We wish we had more time here because of how nice the hotel was. We only stayed for a day and a night while passing through Knoxville area. We do travel a lot however and could tell that this hotel was great! Friendly staff, walkable restaurants and bars, very nice facilities. The only suggestion based on the EXPEDIA listing, is that the breakfast is NOT included with your stay. You will have to pay extra for that if you want it.

The best Hyatt Place that we have stayed so far. Its location is in the center of downtown, walkable to Market Square, Sun Sphere and University to Tennessee. The public parking garage is right behind the hotel. Many restaurant, pub, ice cream store choices. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is much better than an average three star hotel.
