Only thing can say spoiled stay, no hot water for full duration of stays 4days, which is disappointing, nothing worse than a cold shower when been out the night before

Not a great resort

Convienient and clean hotel
Posted Mar. 13, 2017 on Hotelslocation good , good access to public transport, good reception, no safe in the room but safe at reception. good swimming pool. good range of food for breakfast .
The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable with good quiet air conditioning system.
Overall Very good quality of service at the hotel.
Quiet environment .
Nicely decorated with art work.
Not beach front but easy walk to amenities and the beach.

Posted Dec. 27, 2016 on HotelsThe hotel could be much better.I would rate it as a 2 star.The rooms are quite small and not properly cleaned although they do the basics.The breakfast is buffet style but it's really lousy ,cold,old eggs ,cheap tasteless ham and chicken sausage ,that's it really unless you like the asian breakfast which is marginally better,it's fruit ,cornflakes and toast.The whole breakfast area seems to have a staff of two so dirty dishes laying around.The wi-fi is only in public areas and not reliable. keereele is overpriced for what it offers.2 star at best .

Pleasant Stay

The staff are extremely helpful. My husband fell ill during our stay(later diagnosed with a chest infection) and the hotel reception staff were amazing in their prompt assistance and great kindness in arranging for my husband to see a local doctor who was able to issue some antibiotics and in also calming my own panic down.
Breakfast was good; buffet style with various choices. The pool was nice and never too busy; pool towels are issued.
The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the beach but its all downhill and a nice stroll. There are a good choice of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. The Laundry 50 yards up the hill on the right (opposite the new shop units) is well worth a mention and very cheap and quick!
Highly recommended was our room 424 which gave us amazing views of the mountains and forest.

Der Service war super , es wurde für einen gesorgt . Sauberkeit und die Reinigung des Zimmer war in Ordnung Zustand des Bades lässt zu wünschen. Es könnte mal wieder gestrichen werden .
