Centrally located on a hill overviewing downtown. Enjoy the stunning view from the comfort of a cozy inside or step outside to breathe fresh air. Modern updates while keeping the classic cabin feel. Beautiful interior, equipped with everything to make it a home away from home. We provide fastest satelite STARLINK internet!

The location of the house is tranquil and peaceful. The home is located up the hill down a small dirt road, shared by only two properties. Although the location is central - its elevation and placement away from the busy road provide tranquility and an opportunity to fully unwind and relax.

Your host lives in the apartment below and will take your lead on the level of interaction. They are just a knock or phone call away for questions or assistance.

The kitchen had everything we needed. It was very clean. There was a Kurig with a selection of coffee pods, and also a French press, which we used with fresh ground beans from a local coffee shop. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and a very cozy couch overlooking the harbor. It is a beautiful location.

The location was very good and the house was clean and comfortable. We liked the chairs on the deck, where we could sit and enjoy the view. The downstairs toilet seat is broken and needs to be replaced. The downstairs shower head leaks sideways and sprays onto the floor. It needs to be replaced, too. The clothes washer works well but the dryer is clearly on its last legs and needs to be replaced or repaired.

Awesome home

We loved this house. It was so clean and beautiful. There was coffee, oatmeal and treats for us. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletry amenities. That was a thoughtful treat. The house had fans, laundry baskets and great TV’s. We can’t wait to return.

Gem in Kodiak

Very clean property with attention to the finest detail with a guests comfort in mind. From a well stocked kitchen with coffee bar down to the floss in the bathroom this accommodation does not disappoint! The cozy living area with the antique appearing wood burning furnace graced with the backdrop of snow capped mountains will make your morning coffee more tasteful with every sip.

Working Vacation

This property is exactly what you want when you are visiting Kodiak, AK. Excellent views, cozy and warm, and within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. I will definitely be returning next year.
