Went to take a shower we had no hot water. Slightly cold at best. The breakfast/dining area was so small no one could move in there. The batter for the waffles was so thin it didn’t even make a proper waffles it was basically air. The parking lot area was full of potholes

The only thing that I would say is that I’m up here working not on a vacation , and it is pricey for a super 8 . But the staff and location no complaints.

Room reeked of smoke. Being a non smoker this was gross. Staff was friendly but that’s it

No hairdryer in room, two bugs running across desk, no wake-up call after requesting one, patrons hanging out in stairwell while waiting on laundry, stairwell carpets dirty

We have ensured to notify maintenance to install one in there immediately. I apologize that you were unsatisfied with other patrons standing in the stairwell and that the carpets were dirty in the evening. We will put in a better process to ensure that they get cleaned in the evenings too. Once again, thank you for this feedback.

Front desk staff super nice, welcoming, and informative. Free breakfast actually pretty nice. Can tell it’s an older hotel that’s been spruced up. Bed comfy, happy with housekeeping. Overall no complaints.
