Ideal downstairs corner location on greenbelt in preferred Regency Building 5 and adjacent to beach trail. Enjoy pleasant trade winds in this light & bright condo with portable A/C units in both bedrooms and living area (No central air or split system).

This brilliant condo in Poipu offers a tremendous living space with 2 bedrooms - one is a family suite with two queen beds and a twin bed, and the other one is with a Cal king bed. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with shower or tub and hair dryers for your convenience. Additionally, there is a fantastic living room with a sectional sofa that converts into another queen bed.

With amenities like portable ACs, WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our condo.

My 3 friends and I had a very pleasant stay for 8 nights. The location of the property is stellar. Quiet, well maintained and the best stocked rental that we have ever experienced. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and clean. We felt safe and secure walking to Brenneke Beach at night after dark on the well lit path. One of us slept on the sofa sleeper and it was surprisingly comfortable. Good value for amenities like beach items and the treats upon arrival were a special touch. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here! It has everything and more! Listing description is already has a lot, but house has even more other details. Having a wagon to and from the beach with chairs and umbrella was something really needed for us! Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed - cooking utensils, spices, towels, shampoo to name a few. Location is really nice between beaches and easy access. We love to hike so having one path steps away from front door was a huge plus! Pools was a love for our kids, we could not take them out of there! AC in every room was another huge plus! Washer and dryer worked great and fast! So convenient! Communication is spot on, very fast and helpful! Thank you again for sharing your home with us and making this vacation one of the best!!!

Super Nice Condo

We have stayed in Kauai many times and this is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in! Nice touches like a bottle of wine and some indigenous foods to greet us. It was super nice to have really nice pans to cook with. Kitchen had pretty much everything you could want. Even the knives were sharp. Would certainly come Again!!!

The previous reviews are accurate. It was a great unit for our three generation family get-away. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beach gear and wagon, and the location near a pool.Susan was a very responsive host and helped us immediately with a couple small issues.The Poipu conglomerate of various units is well cared for and despite the number of people vacationing in the area, quiet. The walkway through the area to the beach is a bonus. We hope to be back next year.

Great Central Location

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s very roomy and the AC was a big plus. We didn’t need it much but it was great to cool down the bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, even a coffee foamer! Lots of towels and beach gear, too. The location is great to do activities on the south shore of Kauai. Great communication from managers and Sheila was fabulous

Great place to stay in Poipu

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary week 3rd week of October, and everything was as advertised in the listing. The unit was clean, spacious, and full of bathroom & kitchen amenities. The location is great. Beaches (Brennecke was our favorite) and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The supplied beach cart for hauling beach chairs, umbrella's, cooler, boogie boards, etc. was much appreciated. Two pools within a minute walk were great for some quiet time after the beach. We ventured out a couple days and found the location convenient for access to both the north & west sides of the Island. We definitely recommend Susan & David's place while staying in Poipu....and would stay here again if returning to Kauai.
