You are very short walk away from a beach, actually 200 steps.
On ground floor. Poipu beach is very near.
Welcome to Kiahuna Plantation on the sunny south shore of Kauai! This newly remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bathroom Kiahuna Plantation leaves nothing to be desired! Relax on one of your private lanais overlooking the garden and parcel ocean view while being steps to the sand. Stay comfortable in your unit with the newly installed mini split A/C system! Surf spots, long walks and lifeguarded beach are at your fingertips. Fast 500mgb Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, free parking. Check in time is 8am to 8pm with key-code for front door. If you comming after 8pm you will need call Outrigger front desk one day brefore your check-in and they ewill provide to you key code for front door. Next day you need back to front desk and finish you check-in. Oversized two lanai with dining table and lounge chairs they are in the unit.

Master Bedroom has a King size bed with all new furniture to ensure a comfortable night's rest along with full bathroom with double vanity and shower. Don't forget about 42" cable TV and coveted AC to keep you cool on a hot Kauai day! Living room is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests ( 4 guest tota ). In the living room you'll also find a 65" TV with cable TV to relax after a day's adventure. Living room have coveted AC! Enjoy cooking in this upgraded kitchen with all of the cooking supplies you can think of!

You need to go to the Outrigger front desk to check in. They will give you keys code, parking and towels cards. They will give you all the instructions for my condo. Reception working time is 8am to 8pm. If you have plan come after 8pm or if you have additional request ( pack and play, mobile bed....) you need to call Outrigger front desk one day before arrival and they will give you temporary keys code and next morning you need go to Outrigger Front Desk and finished check-in.
Check-out you mast finished to Outrigger Front Desk. You will need go to Outrigger Front Desk and make check-out. Please return towels card to Front Desk . Turn off all appliances.
If you not returned all towels cards Outrigger Front Desk will collect toy $25 per card.

I have pock and play for your baby which you requesting with the reservation and the Outrigger front desk will install it for you in my unit.

Poipu Beach Athletic club pass with poolside bar, tennis, water slide and workout room included. Shopping and dining also just next door. It's the perfect location here at Kiahuna Plantation. Just 45 minutes to the top of the Waimea Canyon and 1 hour to the North Shore. Open up the louvred windows and the sliding doors to let the gentle trade winds blow through. Great condo at Kiahuna Plantation. I've stayed in several condos on this property, and this condo is comparable to others. Kitchen has everything required. There is ample parking. Beach is approximately a five minute walk, but there is a wagon that you can load up with chairs, towels, snorkel gear, and floaties to cart everything all at once. Would stay here again.

Great property excellent communication by the owner very accommodating to allow an extra night last minute and very much appreciated. This unit had everything we needed, easy, walk to the beach, beautiful property grounds, and right across the street from our unit was the awesome coffee shop. I would definitely return again.

Birthday Week Away

We just stayed here for a week to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The unit itself is great and perfect for a couple. We liked that the kitchen has all of the tools to be able to cook at home. The property and location is great. There is access to two beaches within walking distance. We spent most of our time at Kiahuna Beach. The water is great. The unit has beach chairs and an umbrella. Across the street is a beach club with pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a gym. It was an easy walk. We can’t wait to go back!

We love everything about this condo and this resort. We owned this condo for 21 years and made many upgrades including flooring, bedroom furniture and an AC unit. AC unit is great to combat the afternoon and evening humidity. The new owners have added new fans in living room and bedroom, vinyl flooring in the bedroom, updated lavatory area and new wall art and decorations. It was a dream to come back and rejuvenate ourselves. The owner is very cooperative and the property location is wonderful. One evening on the Great Lawn to soak in sunsets and the next at the pool enjoy the pool and hot tub. The property is maintained so well. Parking in very close. Owner has a little wagon to haul groceries. Beach chair, small boogie board, large boogie board, beach umbrella are all provided. Perfect vacation spot with ground floor lanai. We'll be back.

We just returned from Kiahuna, where we had a large family vacation. We've stayed in many units over the years and this was a favorite. It is completely and beautifully remodeled, comfortable, and the AC was such a benefit. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to make our dinners and all eat together. Ivan was a gracious host and communication was so easy. We will definitely try to book this unit when we visit again. Thank you, Ivan, for a lovely stay.

Plantation Paradise!

This was our 9th stay at the Kiahuna Plantation and definitely the best. The Plantation is amazing, laid back, great vegetation, you can walk to the beach without crossing any roads, grill on BBQs cleaned spotless every day. It was an easy walk to Poipu Beach to see turtles sunning themselves every day and the odd monk seal too. And a walk the other way along the sea wall took us to Kukui’ula Mall for fresh fruit, vegetables and local goodies every Wed too And Ivan is the perfect host for this. #88 has a wonderful coastal vibe. It is up to date and you will relax the minute you walk through the door. Expansive lawn off the lanai, we ate every meal outside for two weeks. We love to cook and this the best appointed unit we have ever been in. The A/C is a guilty pleasure, not really needed but nice to take the edge off on a humid afternoon. We arrived late, and Ivan’s instructions were perfect. He had given us good advance notes on how to get set up for late arrival, if necessary. After a 17 hour day of travel, we arrived after midnight and the AC was on low and keeping things fresh, a couple of lights were on to welcome our arrival. Just typical of what kind of welcome response you will get. And Ivan sent a note a couple of times just to make sure everything was ok. There was nothing needed but it was a nice touch. I hate to leave such a glowing review because we want to keep this treasure all to ourselves. Take my word and stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Property

The Kiahuna Plantation is a beautiful property. Our condo had a very comfortable bed and contained everything we needed for a lovely stay. The property was clean and well maintained, and our host was very responsive to my questions. Recommend without reservation.

Fantastic stay - clean & comfortable

Loved our stay here. The unit was well decorated and exceptionally clean, including the furniture on the lanai. The lanai opens up to a large lawn. There’s even a tiny peek of the ocean from there. Fridge, microwave, stove all worked great. Sofa and dining table were comfortable to use. Parking was plenty. AC worked well. We were a little concerned with the AC not being in the bedroom, but it cooled the place really really well. King bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and firm. Good storage in bedroom as well with dresser. WiFi was decent as well for video calls. Coffee/filters (incl decaf) was provided. salt/pepper was provided along with pots/pans for cooking. Overall had a great stay here and would visit again. The owner is VERY prompt at responding and very helpful, which was also great.

Lovely place
