An eventful stay in KK le Meridien

Pros Location hardworking friendly staff shout out to Concierge team Rocky Natashkumar from bar Malcom ,Ricky in front office club lounge team GM Suresh who tried to fix issues as they arose ( see cons below) very comfortable bed, meals, breakfast Cons: -*****caution very slippery marble type floors panels in bathroom /shower I slipped and fell dislocating my shoulder! Accidents do happen but can be better prevented - maybe non slip mats/ different material to the marble is what I would suggest Hotel team helped arrange transport to hospital and were very apologetic ,and empathetic however - very poor condition of bath tub in 2 rooms and carpets (see pics) which I fed back directly to GM. I was looking forward to a bath but couldn’t as unpalatable.
