The room was spotless, restocked. Staff greeted us every morning with a smile! Rainbow was especially helpful. She cleaned our room but gave us great tips on what to see and getting around the city. Very close to MTR and bus stops.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in HK in the past years. The lobby staff were helpful. The room-keeper did a good job everyday that made my 20 stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet is healthy though is nearly the same everyday. The ~200 sq.ft. room is not big, but the bay-window area provide a lot of space for storage.

Clean room with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were helpful and our housekeeping lady Leung Hoi Pan was especially accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed everyday! Highly recommend

The breakfast is the most terrible area in this hotel! Everyday the foods are the same and the foods are not tasty at all. I had been staying in this hotel for 18 days but I only taken the breakfast in the first few days, I rather go to the nearby fast food for breakfast! If they don’t want to improve, I think that most of the customers will not come back.

This is an okay hotel, rooms are fine aside from the mattress being as firm as concrete with cardboard over it. The breakfast is in a pizza express, I imagine the prisoners at Guantanamo bay having more options
