The service was great but the cleanliness needs some improvement. There were fries and eyelashes on the floor when I checked in. Everything else was great.

Breakfast buffet was good. Our room was nicely appointed, though not as large as I expected. The only thing I hated during my stay was the fact that the room was next to the Harmony Suite, which was used by two separate wedding parties during our three-day stay. If you know anything about Chinese weddings, then you can imagine how loud, starting early in the morning until the middle of the night, it was during our day. There were people talking, laughing, and sometimes screaming with the door open next door to us.

Room was big and clean, staff was very thoughtful to open up the slippers and placed it near the bed upon check in to my room.

Great improvement

Our stay at the langham was much much more improved this time around. Id like to say good job and kindly do keep it up. Great and warm service. Comfort. Convenience. Quality for a reasonable amount.
