Hôtel superbe mais piscine et roof top en travaux … bien vérifier avant de réserver . Nous avons finalement fait le roof top de l’hôtel voisin

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits
Publié le 2 nov. 2023 sur HotelsNous avons passé 3 jours au Sheraton. L'accueil par les portiers et bagagistes est charmant et souriant. Je ne peux pas en dire de même à l'enregistrement. Pas d'effort de compréhension, nous sommes Français et anglophones mais parlons lentement pour nous faire comprendre, ce qui n'est pas le cas à l'accueil. Cela nous met dans une posture très désagréable et très gênant. Un peu d'empathie serait souhaitable.
Nous avons malgré tout passé un excellent séjour, l'hôtel est très beau et spacieux, avec 2 restaurants, les cartes sont simples mais efficaces.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, un choix large et divers.
Le personnel est attentionné.
La situation de l'hôtel est exceptionnel, le château royal du Wawel tout proche et un toit terrasse magnifique.
J'y reviendrai sans problème.

Good hotel
Publié le 12 mai 2023 sur HotelsThe hotel is great, beautiful, and offer good room equipment.
However, we were disappointed by several things:
- The room was sold "with a view", which means that I expected to view something interesting from the room. We just had a view on a building in construction, so the "view" term was really misleading.
- We came with our 6 years old kid, and expected to get a dedicated bed in the room for him. We were told that "we didn't ask", so the hotel considered that the main bed was enough to sleep at 3. Hopefully we got a bed the next day, but I don't understand why a 5 stars hotel doesn't provide it by default.
- We booked the hotel at a lower price per night compared to the prices on the bill. I sent an email and expect and answer on it, but in the end I paid way more than expected.
- It's a tiny thing, but I expect to get a fresh orange juice for the breakfast. The one that is provided doesn't have a good taste, it's clearly not fresh. Apart from this, the breakfast is perfect.

If you decide to visit us again in the future, we suggest choosing a higher category room to have a guaranteed view of the Vistula or Wawel.In accordance with our policy, when booking a room, parents decide whether their child will sleep in a separate bed or together with them. Superbe hôtel pour visiter la ville

Le parking de l'hôtel étant plein à notre arrivée nous nous sommes garés 10 m plus loin au parking du château pour un prix inférieur à la journée ( 80 PLN au lieu de 120 PLN je crois). Lits très confortables et petit déjeuner très copieux.
Le seul souci était qu'il nous était impossible de connecter notre téléphone de marque Apple à la télévision car seuls les androïd sont compatibles. Du coup nous n'avons pas pu utiliser notre compte netflix et aucune chaine de télévision en langue francophone n'est proposée. Etonnant pour un hôtel de ce standing
Piscine assez petite, limitée à 5 personnes dans le bassin ce qui est controlé par la personne responsable quand on arrive.
