I am still waiting for a refund for a double payment on this stay. No one answers the phone, so there is no one to speak to or anyone to assist you. If you do not have data on your phone because you are travelling from another country, it will be problem to get the entry key code to get into the place. The place is fine, but still no one has responded about my double payment and refund for 1 of the payments. So my rating is based off of poor customer service.

Fast and easy contactless check in! The room is very comfortable, clean and have everything you need! The hotel location is also right in the center of Krefeld so absolutely recommended!

Guter Aufenthalt der den Zweck erfüllt hat

Wir haben diese Unterkunft aufgrund der super zentralen Lage gebucht. Check In und Kommunikation hat tadellos funktioniert. Wir hatten ein bisschen Mühe, die Unterkunft zu finden, da es keine/kaum Beschilderung gibt und nichts darauf hindeutet, dass sich in dem Gebäude ein Hotel befindet. Beim einchecken ist uns aufgefallen, dass die Spülmaschine noch dreckig von den Vorbuchenden war. Wir haben dies umgehend reklamiert, und die Kommunikation via Whatsapp war professionell und freundlich, als Kompensation haben wir einen Late Check Out bekommen. Anderenfalls war alles sauber, bis auf ein paar Haare im Badezimmer. Das Bett war bequem. Alles in allem würde ich sagen, der Aufenthalt hat den Zweck erfüllt und wenn man es bevorzugt, kaum/gar nicht mit Menschen zu sprechen, ist dies eine hervorragende Wahl. Einen WOW Effekt gab es nicht.
