I am still waiting for a refund for a double payment on this stay. No one answers the phone, so there is no one to speak to or anyone to assist you. If you do not have data on your phone because you are travelling from another country, it will be problem to get the entry key code to get into the place. The place is fine, but still no one has responded about my double payment and refund for 1 of the payments. So my rating is based off of poor customer service.
