Toller Pool, gutes FrĂŒhstĂŒck und die Zimmer sind auch sehr sauber. Ein Aufzug wĂ€re gut, aber da es diese nirgendwo in Albanien gibt ist das verstĂ€ndlich.

Was more than surprised with this place. Our First time in Ksamil / Albania was a bit sceptical but this apartment building offers Very clean rooms, with Friendly English speaking staff - that appear to never sleep. Very cheap bar prices too. They also offer a Taxi service to the ferry port in Sarande. Even arranged Late nite pizza delivery!! Location good but it’s about 5/6 minute walk to the beach.

La struttura Ăš nuova, le camere molto essenziali ma in linea con un tre stelle, anomala la doccia, a pavimento e senza box, materassi comodi. La pulizia potrebbe essere piĂč curata, nota dolente la colazione prodotti di bassa qualitĂ  e monotoni perchĂš era sempre uguale

Very enjoyable 8 day stay in Ksamil. Lovely apartments close to shops, restaurants and beach. Nice buffet breakfast with plenty of variety, although same food every day. Clean, inviting pool. Bus runs to Sarandë every day and costs c 80p. The only downfall is that the last one back is at 6.30pm. Would be great if there was a bus service in the evening too rather than having to fork out for a taxi.

Mukava perustason hotelli uima-altaalla. Lyhyt kÀvelymatka rantaan ja kaupalle. Henkilökunta oli loistavaa ja erittÀin avuliasta. Ksamilissa on paremmat rannat ja hinnat kuin Sarandessa. Sopii paremmin rauhalliselle lomalaisille.

Relaksujący pobyt w ƛwietnym hotelu.

ƚwietny hotel obsƂugiwany przez super uczynny i przyjacielski personel. Dla menadĆŒera o imieniu Mirel nie istnieją ĆŒyczenia nie do zaƂatwienia. ƚniadania podawane w formie bufetu smaczne i wystarczające. Obiekt czysty, pokoje sprzątane co drugi dzieƄ wraz z wymianą ręcznikĂłw. Sprawnie dziaƂająca klimatyzacja oraz dobre WiFi zarĂłwno w pokojach, jak i w przestrzeni wspĂłlnej - bez dodatkowych opƂat. Umiejscowienie basenu pomiędzy dwoma budynkami hotelowymi sprawia, ĆŒe moĆŒna z niego korzystać w dającym wytchnienie cieniu podczas największych upaƂów. Blisko market, kantor oraz wiele barĂłw, restauracji kafejek i cukierni. OgĂłlnie the best. Jedna maƂa uwaga, informacja w opublikowanej ofercie, ĆŒe obiekt znajduje się przy samej plaĆŒy jest niezgodna ze stanem faktycznym. Do najbliĆŒszej plaĆŒy jest ok. 6 minut drogi spacerkiem, ale nie zmienia to mojej bardzo pozytywnej oceny obiektu.

Yövyimme Relax apartmentsissa kuusi yötÀ. Hotelli oli siisti ja hiljainen. Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta ja palvelualtista. Vanhempi henkilökunta ei osannut englantia. Uima-altaan vesi oli kirkasta ja puhdasta. Uima-altaan reunoilla oli "prinsessakatokset", joihin paistoi vain osan pÀivÀstÀ aurinko. Kylpyhuoneessa oli ÀmpÀri ja moppi, jotka haisivat, jos et niitÀ joka pÀivÀ pessyt. TÀmÀn tilalle kun he hommaisivat lattialastan, niin se olisi hygienisempi ja asukkaalle helpompi. ErillistÀ suihkutilaa ei ollut, vaan suihku vessassa. Wc oli aina suihkun jÀlkeen mÀrkÀ, koska moppi ei sitÀ kuivannut eikÀ suihkuverhoa ollut. Aamupala joka aamu lÀhestulkoon sama ja aika vaatimaton. Kahvi oli huonoa. Paljon hyviÀ rantoja ja aktiviteetteja lÀhistöllÀ. Ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille. Huone oli aika minimalistisesti kalustettu. Ei ollut purnukoille laskupaikkaa, eikÀ peiliÀ muuta kuin vessassa. RuokailuvÀlineitÀ aika niukasti.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff.

Really felt looked after during my time here. The host, Kasim and his family were all extremely accommodating - 24 hour service, kind and always offering advice and recommending best restaurants/local routes/fastest spot on. no more than 100m from the beach, shops and tourist information very close (although the tourist info closes in September). Would highly recommend this hotel, and would be very happy to return.

DÄrlig bad, hele badet ble badekar pÄ grunn av at det ikke var noe kabinett. Det ble ikke skiftet hÄndklÊr de siste 4 dagene. Tette sluker bÄde i vask og sluk i golv. Ikke tÞmt sÞppel de siste 4 dager og det ble dÄrlig lukt. DÄrlig frokost, mÄtte betale ekstra for kaffe, var ikke interessert at vi skulle betale med kort. Litt ekstra innsats fra hotellet sÄ kunne det blitt bedre. NÊrme stranda, nei 10- 15 min Ä gÄ. Anbefales ikke.

Ok, but not the same as on the description

In the hotel description it says that there is fridge in the room, but there wasnt. Also it says that there is daily cleaning, but on our four days staying our room was not cleaned any day. The room was anyway ok and pretty big. The wifi connection was fast when it was working. Sometimes you couldnt make the connection at all. Breakfast was ok, especially the pancakes were good! Hotel staff were really nice!

Ok stay

We booked the hotel because it is one of the few hotels with pool in Ksamil. Anyhow the hotel have some bad and some good sides. To start with; the reception is empty very often, so you sometimes need to wait for help up to 20 minutes. The breakfast tastes well (except the coffe which tastes awful). They could help you arrange trips (and even drive you). It seems like they have some kind of structural problem; because we needed to tell them we've already payed for the room twice (remember to keep the receipt). Room is Ok with two balconies and Ok beds. The worst thing was that our shower leaked water so we had to put a bucket under it (and clear the bucket twice a day).

Nice place

In general the stay was great. As for the apartments the staff really friendly and helpful. The room could have been bigger. The wardrobe needs shelves not just hangers so there was no place to put the clothes. And they should use movement sensors for the lights on corridors. The swimming pool is just perfect. It was our first stay in Albania so we have no comparison with other accomodation.

Katastrophale ZustÀnde, kaum in Worte zu fassen

Wir hatten uns eigentlich auf einen schönen Familienurlaub gefreut. Vor Ort fanden wir katastrophale ZustĂ€nde, insbesondere des Zimmers. Das Bad praktisch nicht nutzbar, einmal duschen und das ganze Bad steht unter Wasser. "KĂŒchenzeile" und sonstige Ausstattung völlig heruntergekommen. Die Auswahl beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck war lachhaft. Haben die Unterkunft so schnell wie möglich verlassen. Andere HotelgĂ€ste haben erst gar nicht eingechekt. Preis-Leistung war einfach lĂ€cherlich. Unfassbar das solche UnterkĂŒnfte ĂŒber Expedia als seriösen Anbieter vermittelt werden. Eine Beschwerde ĂŒber Expedia wird mit Fotos eingereicht...

NOT on the beach

double room, mountain view , room 21. Advertised and reviewed as "on the beach" and "steps from the beach" Relax apartments are actually 400+ meters to the nearest beach. No daily housekeeping as advertised either. Breakfast modest and monotonous although you will not go hungry. Weak luke warm coffee, no tea. Disliked the fact that smoking was allowed in the breakfast room. Room approx 28m2, King bed with comfortable mattress. Balcony 2 chairs/1 table /washing rack. No umbrella. Flatscreen tv, aircon, good wifi. All doors and windows are screened. Kitchenette has very few utensils! (see photo) Not even the very basics like cups, knives or teaspoons. Bathroom reasonable size and incl bidet but everything gets wet when taking a shower... at least there's a bucket and mop in there. On first day complained about bad drain smell and were given a bottle of bleach to look after it ourselves. The drain smell prevailed. Pool is nice and the sunbeds comfy. Location wise it's close to the bus stop, some restaurants, bakeries and a good supermarket and 400+meters to the closest beach, " town " and other beaches (Bora Bora) are within walking distance as well. Friendly family running the place who kept things nice and clean but for us the place did not live up to what it advertised. I expected ON the beach, got the backstreet.
