The room was very tight and could do with some hooks and a shelf on the wall. The bathroom had a step up which was easy to miss and could cause an injury.

The location was excellent right in downtown, around the corner from the tram and bus stops (Torichosuji) and the room was clean but really really tiny...our double bed was against one wall and there was nowhere to put our luggage. I guess it would have been ok for a solo or business traveller. The breakfast was also quite disappointing.
