the hotel is located inside the shopping arcade. It is convinient but if you arrive with car you will have to park about 3~5 minutes walk away. reception is ok. NO English. Rooms convenient - no view. Amenities - ok wifi - ok breakfast - you can choose set from fix menu and other items such as salad etc. are in bar self service. Not good value compare to other places we been.

After the earthquake

Three day stay in Kumamoto, this hotel is on the edge of the shopping area, undercover access to most shopping. Hotel was easily accessable.

Hotel that in the middle of shopping street

Location is excellent ( I was confused by GPU guidance)! Yes, it’s in the middle of Japanese shopping street, therefore, I parked my car outside of the shopping street/ area. Bigger room than usual, good breakfast selection, friendly staffs, convenience shopping distance, and lots of lunch/ dinning options around it. Definitely recommended!

Highly recommended hotel

Large clean room which made it a very comfortable stay for 3 pax. Location of hotel is excellent too, being within a huge shopping mall. Walking distance to Kumamoto Castle and other tourist attractions around the castle. Will definitely stay here again!
