The hotel provides water activities everyday and convenient facilities nearby. They offer photography services for the busy family who don’t have time back home to have one of the boxes ticked while enjoying the relaxing holiday at the same time. Free onsite childcare services for the kids up to 16 within 3 different age groups suits all your needs. Irish pub and multiple cuisine restaurants to be selected to suit your taste buds. Onsite mini night markets, fish spa with a magician is a good. The only downside is the pool water has excessive chemicals and caused my kids skin rash which we have no problems when we went to other hotel’s pool or water bomb park at the later days.

This was our second time staying at Bali Dynasty and we loved every minute of it. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of facilities for adults and kids to enjoy and the kids club is great for parents to have meeee time. We love the buffet breakfast very much. We want to come back again and again!!!

The resort bed and pillow is so stinky.like no change for 20 years. The room is not matching the description. Bunk bed is so old. The additional request for water bottle is chargeable. Breakfast coffee from coffee Machine is chargeable The bathroom is not clean. There is only 1 port for international converter per room. Call to reception, the message not able to deliver accurately to Housekeeping and causing housekeeping drop by 2 times to meet the requirements. I will not stay at this resort anymore
