The room though basic was clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a choice of 3 which we liked - omelette was delicious and packed with veggies. Great location from airport.

Surprising little gem

Located very close (walking distance if you travel light) to the airport in a quiet local area. Typically balinese architecture and compound - really nice. Close (5min) walk to lots of warungs, convenience stores etc. Def recommended for a short stay!

This was our third stay at the hotel, and once again, we had a very good experience. The staff know us well by now, which makes everything feel even more welcoming and personal. The location is excellent — very convenient to the beach, eateries, supermarkets, and also quite close to the airport. It’s always a smooth and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

This is a older property, thankfully it hasn't been pulled down and a heartless hotel built in its place. The Balinese buildings are delightful, it is spotless and the staff are friendly. You can walk to the airport or up to Kuta easily. I discovered it when I was looking for somewhere reasonably priced for a layover and pleased that I did.

Pretty good place by the airport. I would probably.move the mops and cleaning materials out of site and it would feel alot nicer. The plants and pool was nice.

Near Airport; Friendly and Accommodating Staff

This was my third stay at the Kutaya-- it is so conveniently located near the airport (allow time for the driver to get lost, though, lol) that it is hard to pass up. Plus, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I will gladly stay again when I return to Bali.
