Excellent séjour à cet hôtel, au delà de nos attentes. Aucune fausse note. Personnel très sympathique, maîtrisant bien l’anglais.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at chatrium! Rooms are spacious and come stocked with fruit and drinks and breakfast foods. Location was great and walkable to many restaurants in hirafu, and the shuttle and in-house rhythm gear rental was so convenient for our ski and snowboarding trip. Yvonne at the front desk was amazing and helped us book taxis as well as onsens. Thank you for the wonderful time!
