The staff was amazing—super detailed, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The hotel was under construction during my stay, but it didn’t bother me at all since I wasn’t there in the mornings, and construction stopped by 2 p.m. As for the room, I loved that everything was thoughtfully provided—even a humidifier, which was a great touch. There was a slight musty smell initially, but once we turned on the humidifier, it completely went away. I assume this may be part of why the rooms are being renovated. Breakfast was outstanding—truly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. It was buffet-style, and whoever the chefs are, wow. Overall, this hotel was top-notch, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Property may show a little age but the service is exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. They were super helpful and accommodating and they were some of the most thoughtful and polite people we encountered in Japan! Our room was always pristine and our amenities like slippers and sleeping shirts were always refilled and fresh! Though the hotel was busy it was very quiet and calm there. All the restaurants we tried were excellent! It’s not far from the subway/trains or bus stops but we ended up using the GO taxi app to get most places because they are cheaper and more numerous than Uber there.

Breakfast was incredible, only lacks more variety of fruit options. The amenities are great, room is spacious for Japan standards. The only thing I’d like them to improve is the AC which you cannot actually control, and your room can get kinda hot in winter. The staff is super helpful, kind and polite.

Nice spacious and clean hotel , the staff is VERY NICE and helpful! Very good customer service! Good location, great amenities. I give it 4 stars because even though breakfast buffet had variety, it was the same menu every day we were there.
