Completely blown away by this hotel! Friendly and attentive staff, numerous amenities and felt like an authentic Japanese experience from the moment you walk in the door. Everybody must take their shoes off at the entrance and place them in easy to use lockers. The rooms had nice Japanese touches, loungewear, amenities, water and a treat in the fridge. Access to the onsen baths was available for no cost, with a wide variety of different baths (separated by gender, no clothing), massage chairs available, free ice cream and probiotic drinks daily, free nightly soba noodles, and also coffee, tea and water available in lobby. The staff set out umbrellas for use when it was raining. They have thought of everything. Couldnt believe how great this hotel was and at such a low cost. It was also centrally located with easy access to Kyoto station and on easy bus routes to nearby attractions.

The room was spacious and great for just the 2 of us. We were surprised by the breakfast varities and to be honest, the onsem facilities too. Just that i only onow I need to take tattoo cover sticker beforehand, it would be great to be made aware earlier. Hope they can spare more than 2 cover for people with bigger tatts. Anyway, the hotel is spotless. Will def come back to stay and recommend to others

I feel like we got really lucky this trip or chose really well. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and found it really relaxing. Having the extra amenities were great for my kids. Everything was clean and the staff was lovely. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is a tourist dream! The staff were accommodating and the place was extremely clean. The morning breakfast was incredible—fresh fish, a huge variety and a great system so you can wait in your room until a table is ready.
