A great surprise

We rented through the services of Vakantiehuis-lEscala. They guided us to the great team of Ceigrup. Everything was well organized and taken care of. The apartment is a small gem on the beach of d’En Perris. Not much in my view.

Apartamento cómodo y amplio. Cocina reformada. Amplia terraza. Bien situado en l'Escala El apartamento se tendría que renovar, sobre todo los armarios y las puertas de acceso a la terraza para una mejor insonorización. Y también instalar aire acondicionado o ventiladores de techo en los dormitorios.

Appartement à entretenir plus souvent

Bel appartement, bien placé, cuisine refaite, mais la moitié des casseroles ne marchait pas avec l'induction introduite, des salles de bains qui necessitent des travaux, un contrat electricité qui est bien trop pauvre en puissance: on a été obligé de fermer le chauffe-eau pour pouvoir utiliser la plaque ou le four, avec coupure de courante par surcharge plusieurs fois. Bref, il faut faire plein de choses avant de le remettre en location. Comme j'avais pris 1 mois entier, j'avais besoin que tout marche bien, et non, lumiéres qui ne marchent pas, etcetera. Je ne reviendrais pas dans cet appartement car il est maintenant trop grand, mais quand même j'ai voulu dire ce qui est à faire, pour les prochains locataires.

La situació és inmillorable i l'apartament és molt ampli i ben equipat. L'armari de l'habitació on hi ha el llit doble fa molta olor d'humitat. S'hauria de netejar la roba de llit que hi ha dins i posar alguna solució per la humitat. No s'hi pot deixar la roba. Les làmpares de la terrassa no funcionen. La porta de l'habitació del llit doble no tanca.

Super emplacement avec terrasse vu sur mer en plein centre ville Il faudrait changer le chauffe eau car eau pas tres chaude. Le lit 2 places est petit.
