Property was requiring modernising dirty and old. The member of staff that was working when we arrived was unbelievably rude. Never had just rude service. Avoid this property.

Better than expected!
Posted May 14, 2019 on HotelsPerfectly functional, clean and great value for money. Even though it's located in a retail park, there was a choice of places to eat and it was quite lively. I arrived relatively late and left quite early and all worked well.

Don't book this hotel
Posted Sep. 18, 2017 on HotelsAfter 9 pm there is no reception and you need to do the check in via an automated system. BUT, the only reservation number I had was from Hotels.com, which of course was not their own reservation number. Tried to call their helpline, no pick up. Tried to call Hotels.com and no pick up. (Anyway, if Hotels.com could not help, there was nobody at reception)
Ended up "paying" for another room and in the morning, the very unfriendly reception person told me that they would still charge me for the room booked via Hotels.com So, I ended up paying twice for a room that is not even worth once. Dreadful hotel, avoid at any costs

Clean and comfortable hotel, very basic as you would expect from an Ibis Budget but that is expected! Room was a good size with a shower room. Recommended if you are touring in the area.
