The Air Conditioner was running in my room when I arrived (it's the middle of the winter). Three times I tried to get a cup of coffee in the lobby and the urn was empty, and the breakfast was ok, but not to the same quality level as other Home2Suites locations I have stayed at.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and addressed any issue immediately. We walked in the room & the couch was not put together - all drawers open wide - the phone in the room did not work. Front desk immediately had someone inspect the room and apologized for the trouble. No word on the phone - said they were replacing when they do the next remodel.

The room was very large and roomy. I had no problem with getting around with my wheelchair. Bed height was better than a lot of hotels, just a little higher than my wheelchair height.
