The scenery was very nice and resorts were well maintained. The room provided private experience. The only thing is there is nothing in the walking distance.

Absolutely beautiful property
Posted Feb. 1, 2024 on HotelsThis is an absolutely beautiful property spanning about 25 acers. The rooms were in duplex structures nestled into the thick vegetation. There are a lot of natural areas and you generally cannot see other structures from your room. Many types of birds and lots of bird sounds. Very relaxing. Some of the rooms have a direct view of the Arenal volcano. The in room coffee (Rey Café) was undrinkable. The coffee at breakfast was fair but a big disappointment for Costa Rica. Breakfast buffet was good but no bacon.

Excellent customer service and the food is great. Ms. Maria Espinoza was very thorough in explaining everything and was able to advise us in taking the tours and activities that were awesome.
