Overall good. Very accommodating staff. Facility's old but in a fair condition. Air conditioned room with full kitchen. One really major downside was that the room was infested with insects (ants, flies and mosquitos) and we all got bitten the first day. Asked for pest control and the staff was responsive but to no avail....

The property location is not the same as listed. The property is located just outside the main town. The property facilities and staff were great. Information of breakfast times were not provided, which would have been nice. Breakfast was delicious when I did have it. Parking on the premises is good. Property checkout times stated were incorrect. Checkout time is actually 11am. Staff were very accommodating when I showed them the listing. Enjoyed my stay in a quiet neighborhood, can be daunting walking back late night. Crooms were immaculately cleaned and had very good water pressure with hot water.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Really hot water for a relaxing shower after a long day of hiking. It is within walking distance to the main busy strip where there are tons of restaurant and bar options. Overall, a great place to spend a few nights.

Great value for the price. Breakfast was delicious and quick, and it’s a close walking distance to most things in downtown La Fortuna. The staff was very nice. The beds were quite uncomfortable but there’s AC, a kitchen, and everything else was great and clean.

I was really happy I stayed here. Sure it's not the most flash place around, but it's competitively priced and has a very homey feel. If you're looking to experience the area around La Fortuna and not looking to be extravagant with accommodations, I recommend this place.
