It is a charming place and I totally enjoyed my stay. One warning: there are some rooms that have stairs between the bathrooms and the bedroom. This is a very dangerous thing, above all for seniors. Make sure you do not stay in one of those rooms.

Service et personnel vraiment sympathiques et efficaces. Les dames du déjeuner sont vraiment gentilles ce qui fait un bon début de journée. Bien situé, près de tout et sur une rue tranquille. Hotel un peu vieillissant mais propre et bien entretenu. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

We eventually were put in a quiet room. First room had an adjoining door that is for family use only as you can hear every word spoken by other people. Moved to room that wasn't clean, THEN moved to nice, clean, quiet room. We both had cold/cough so WE would have also kept other people awake in other room. Breakfast was really good, variety of cold, fresh items. Loved the croissants. Very quiet location, close to town.

I would recommend the toilet be upgraded to a low flush unit in keeping with their environmental objectives. Also, the electrical outlets need to be updated. Overall, great stay.

Au coeur de la charmante ville de La Malbaie, accès rapide à tout. On peut aussi marcher de l'hotel jusqu'au fleuve et apprécier les restaurants autour. À 45min du Parc national des Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie, à 55min du traversier pour aller à Tadoussac (baleines). Bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel est accueillant. Très beau séjour!

Pointe-au-Pic Quebec

Hotel was in a good location and close to several good eating places. As to our room......., we were given a strange older looking room that required my wife to walk up two small set of stairs to reach the bathroom. The owner did notice my wife's limp due to recent knee surgery, so without much fanfare readily agreed to give us a better, bigger and definitely nice room on the 2nd floor. Still not sure why we had to go through that step and why after paying full price that original room was even considered ,
