From check in to check out we were met with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and beach club were close and easily accessible: Ernesto at Barco provided amazing service and made us feel very welcomed. We wish we had more towels in our room.

Stayed here for 4 days and it was amazing! Beautiful beach and views. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable, and service was excellent . Taxis take 5 min to arrive. It’s about 20 min from Malecon so I’d recommend you rent a car instead. We spent too much money on ride share and taxi. We also had room service and food at the beach - everything was good! I can’t wait to return.
