State of the art construction and amenities, channeling the original aura of this mystical locale. The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 1700 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors.

The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. The dual master suites each contain en suite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and stall showers with floor to ceiling tile.
Additional features include Hi-Speed WiFi, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, HULU, and Smart TVs, ceiling fans, built-in washer/dryer, and three fireplaces. With all this comfort, you'll never want to leave your villa.

Guest Access
For those able to pry themselves from the villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private salt water pools and 11 relaxing Jacuzzis, including dedicated lap pool, tranquil adult pool, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, plus splash fountains and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside Cafe, game room, and state of the art fitness facility round out the spectacular 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse at the heart of the resort.

For a host of additional options, guests can meander next door to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort and Club, featuring shopping, outdoor music, six fabulous restaurants, a world class spa, and two Pete Dye championship golf courses.

Other things to Note
Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay.

House Rules
No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival.

Interaction with Guests
Guests have complete access to our home. Our full time manager is available to help resolve any issues or greet the guests upon arrival, if requested.

Perfect Place

My family and I have been coming to Legacy Villas for years. It truly is the best place in the desert. The villas are perfect, the grounds beautiful, nestled between gorgeous mountain ranges. The team is top notch. Dan, Michelle and Greg go out of their way to make your stay perfect. We never want to leave and call it our home away from home.

Stayed in C68 and it was wonderful.beautiful villa that was perfect for 5 adults. Great location right inside the entrance and close to 2 pools. Highly recommend. The only thing confusing was getting the door opened until we realized it was the last 6 of our phone number.

We'll be going back!

Our family enjoyed staying at the Legacy Villas Resort during my son's spring break. The location of our 3 bedroom villa was super convenient. We were across the street from the club house and near a lap pool. Everyone we met while we there were friendly. We especially liked being in a one story villa because we didn't have anyone above us. The beds were comfortable. It was nice being able to park our car in a garage. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well appointed. Michelle and Dan were great to work with. We are hoping to go back again soon.

Great Layout and This unit was across from the main pool

We normally stay at La Quinta Resort but booked too late to get a villa. We ended up at Legacy Villas and WHAT A FIND! The layout of our villa was fantastic. We LOVED being able to grill. My Mom is an early riser but all was peaceful in my room w/ the door closed. We loved our little patios and appliance stocked kitchen as we normally have up to 4 kids w/ us. The quiet pool was gorgeous and the main pool added excitement as it was Stagecoach weekend. We also enjoyed the short walk to La Quinta resort for dinner one night. 5 STARS all the way around. We'll be back!

Awesome reaort

We recently stayed at Legacy Villas for 5 days. Our villa was perfect for our family of 4. Large enough for privacy but with a living room big enough for all of us to hang out together. Everything we needed was there (pool towels, detergent pods, kitchen tools, etc). Our location was perfect - steps away from the main pool. I used our patio every morning - it was beautiful with the bougainvillea and very peaceful. I could have sat there all day. We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful stay!

Our 3-bedroom villa was perfect, great layout and location. Could not have asked for a better place to get away; the community was quiet and safe, enabling us to allow our children to bike and scooter around safely. The property was immaculately and impressively maintained, with the public pool areas being serviced multiple times a day. Property management and ownership was very responsive, taking care of issues as soon as we alerted them to them (thanks Michelle and Dan!) I would definitely consider returning.
