Our Upstairs, Fully Furnished, Luxurious, 1-bedroom, 1-bath property is hidden from the world in the best part of the complex offering privacy to the guests who are seeking peace and quiet.

Please note that every guest will need to fill out our supplemental rental agreement to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

This property has an unbeatable Central Location, walking distance (just a few minutes) to stores, restaurants, hikes and displays Mountain and Golf course Views.

The view is looking northwest at the 2nd hole green and 3rd hole tee of the PGA West Dunes course at La Quinta Resort.

Fully equipped granite Kitchen including all appliances, utensils, plates, etc.
Washer/Dryer inside the unit for your personal use.

Comfortable King Bed, Working Desk, Large HD TV and large Walk-in-Closet in the bedroom.
Large and spacious Bathroom has a combination Tub/Shower and a Full Vanity.

The Living Room has a gas Fireplace, Smart TV and beautiful Mountain and Golf course view.
Sofa in the Living room is Queen Pull-Out and sleeps additional 2 people. Linens are provided.

Free high speed WiFi, New 2023 Large 4K UHD Smart TV's - 60” in Living Room and 58" in the bedroom, Extended Cable (no land line phone).

This beautiful unit opens to a front Balcony/Patio with outdoor seating so you can enjoy majestic Mountain Views and Sun setting colors.

One of 4 community Pools and Hot Tubs is located directly behind the condo.
Ample off-street parking is located directly below the condo which is super convenient.

We are not affiliated with the Hotel. There is no room service or maid service (but available at additional fee). All policies are subject to change.


A newer gym within 3 blocks away at the Wellness Center is available with day pass and has much more equipment than the hotel. It offers a range of classes such as yoga, mat Pilates, tai chi, interval training and a host of other non-fitness classes.

Library and Museum within walking distance also offer a variety of programs.

Community Tennis and Pickleball courts also very close to the unit.

Indian Wells Tennis Garden is just 4 miles away.

POLO Grounds are just 3 miles away.

SilverRock Golf Course 2 minutes away. Humana Challenge golf tournament.

Everything was exactly as advertised — clean, convenient, comfortable. We didn’t actually use the pool but it wouldn’t let me leave a review without commenting on it; however it looked nice. Just as a note: Check-in instructions and rental agreement come from the owner herself and not through VRBO, so they might land in your spam filter — check that! This happened to me so we were late with the agreement, but she was super gracious and understanding and flexible about it all. We would gladly stay again!

Perfect Quiet Comfortable Conveniently Located

Very nice quiet community in the back close to parking with a nice golf course, mountain view. Very clean and well appointed. Inna was a great communicator and very professional. As a VRBO host in San Francisco since 2006, I was very impressed. Don't pass this one up!!

Beautiful and comfortable

We enjoyed this stylish condo, nicely stocked and very clean. Communication with the owners was great. We loved the view from the bedroom and living room, so peaceful. Great location right in the downtown La Quinta, just 5 min walk to Old Town for coffee and dinner, plenty restaurants there. We also walked to pickleball courts close by and enjoyed our hike. All walking distance from the condo which was such a bonus. Overall great central location and a nice experience.

Perfect condo.

We come to the desert to hike. We were happy to find trailheads a short distance from this property with a good election of trails (Cove Oasis Trailhead). Even better, the condo is well provisioned, is comfortable and has good views -- we even saw a road runner from our bedroom one morning. We will certainly be back. Inna was a great host.

Our unit was the best we've been in. It's not the biggest, but so well laid out, that all the spaces are actually very large. It fit us beautifully. Upgraded appliances in a kitchen that has everything you need. (The only thing is that the complex does not allow BBQs.) Beautiful decor, high ceilings and a patio to watch the golfers and enjoy the scenery. 2 huge TV's, king size bed, fold-out couch in living room, really nice bathroom, laundry & safe. We made nightly visits to the hot tub, they have 3 or 4 and they are clean and very nice. The entire complex is large, clean and quiet. Loads of parking, and just steps away. Just minutes to Old town La Quinta and easy access to everything in Coachella Valley. We recommend this with 4.5 stars. The owner was very friendly and easy to deal with. We will be booking again! Thanks Inna!

Wonderful Place & Host

We traveled a lot and Inna (owner) has to be the nicest person. She has great communication and always available when we needed her. We forgot a bunch of stuff at the place after we checked out and she was nice enough to shipped it back to her. Her place was in a perfect location. The place is walkable distance to downtown La Quinta. We walked to brunch and lunch every day. We highly recommend Inna and her place!

Golf getaway

The area was so quiet and the unit was very conveniently located. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer...and the large walk-in closet - terrific! The king bed was comfortable and the kitchen, well stocked. We also enjoyed the gas fireplace on several chilly evenings, and then on warmer days, the pool and hot tub were great and so close by.
