The Space:
Welcome to our lavish and refined Spa Villa, accentuating California's charm with its projected sophisticated aesthetic and deluxe features. As you enter the villa, the main living space welcomes you with an exquisite meld of comfort and elegance. The living area features a plush queen sleeper sofa in front of a smart, wall-mounted TV—perfectly situated for cozy movie nights around the warm gas fireplace. Adjacent is the full kitchen, fitted with every major appliance along with an abundance of cookware and dinnerware for effortless meal preparation. Overlooking the kitchen is a dining space for four, making gatherings for meals or game nights a sheer pleasure. The room leads out onto a private balcony offering picturesque mountain views and outdoor seating which includes a dining table and lounging chairs - an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening wine. The villa's spacious bedroom boasts a king bed, another smart TV, and a sizable closet. An ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and private water closet ensures a tranquil start to your morning or a calm end to your day. Just off the living room is a second full bathroom adding usefulness for larger parties of 3-4. Additionally, the villa is close to covered parking space and a dedicated laundry closet below.

THE PROPERTY IS A PRIVATELY OWNED RESIDENCE. GUESTS STAYING IN THE VILLA DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO LA QUINTA RESORT HOTEL SERVICES INCLUDING MAID SERVICES, ROOM SERVICE, THE HOTEL POOLS OR THE FITNESS/TENNIS CENTER. ACCESS TO THE SPA VILLA POOLS AND HOT TUBS SURROUNDING THE UNIT AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY CALIFORNIA VACATION VILLAS ARE AVAILABLE DURING YOUR STAY.

Guest Access:
Your stay includes a convenient contactless check-in and check-out process. As part of La Quinta Resort, our Spa Villa offers security within the community. While no assigned parking is available, guests can utilize the covered spaces directly beneath the unit or the free street parking. You will also have access to all the surrounding Spa Villa pools and hot tubs, but please note that access to the hotel services as well as its pools and fitness/tennis center are not included.

The Neighborhood:
The Spa Villas at La Quinta Resort are a collection of privately owned condos surrounding Spa La Quinta at the back of the resort property. Guests staying in the Spa Villas enjoy a premier resort location, beautifully landscaped grounds and access to multiple pools and hot tubs throughout the community. The majority of the Spa Villa units are less than a 5 minute walk to the main lobby area of La Quinta Resort. The lobby area includes multiple dining options including Twenty-Six, Adobe Grill and Morgan's Steakhouse. A variety of shops and the resort's conference rooms are located near the lobby. The hotel environment provides a secure, serene setting to enjoy a world-class vacation. The community is a short-drive to the Mountain and Dunes Golf Courses, Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's American Express event is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area

My wife got bed bugs from staying in this unit. The unit was nice and in a good location. The washer and dryer is outside the unit under the stairs. Overall, not bad, but the bed bug bites didn't go over too well with my wife.

Tidy yet time for a renovation

Everything was fine yet it’s time for a major renovation of this property especially the kitchen and bathrooms where tiles are cracked, broken and even held in place by tape and appliances/fixtures are probably 30 years old. Location is an easy walk to on-property restaurants and amenities. View from the rear patio is wonderful. Yet, time to re-invest in this villa.

Nice place but a bit musky inside. stairs to entrance were difficult.There were bugs (2) that dropped from the open light fixture in the master bath toilet area--the fixture is not secure.mosquito was in the guest bathroom.instructions to turn off the thermostats were nonexistent.

I paid for late check out and the code was not extended to 4PM. The toilet in the bath off of living leaking badly at bottom of toilet and keeping floor wet. Outdoor lawn furniture has Seats busted out. Toilet needs immediate repair

For me This unit was in an area of the community that was too isolating. Others might like it tho . Great Mountain View . The kitchen island was chipped and tapped that should be fixed . On my arrival the unit did not seem very clean. I called CVv and their service was excellent . They had more cleaners come out and reclean . Great job!

Great location with access to pools. Right up against the mountain - so cool. Hotel amenities access is good. But no access to gym. Minor inconvenience for a great place. (Don’t go to EOS fitness as alternative. Go to World Gym at the mall - and shop too!)

Great Villa, clean, comfortable and beautiful

We’ve stayed at La Quinta Resort and Legacy Villas many times. This villa is great. The AC temperature limit was frustrating and led to poor sleep. During the day, it makes sense to have a limit, but overnight, adults renting a unit should be trusted to lower the AC temperature to a desirable level for sleep.

Nice Desert Villa

Very comfortable villa with all conveniences. Although the unit is a bit older it was still a good value. Pool and spa located right outside and only a short walk to La Quinta Spa. Grounds were beautiful and well kept. Plenty of parking and areas for pets to do their business. Thanks for a great stay

Pretty nice place to stay

This property is located on the ground of La Quinta Resort which is walking distance to all the fun restaurants, shops, etc. It's a nicely furnished, but a bit dated, unit. It had a bare minimum supply of soap and shampoo. We stayed for 11 days, and they were not willing to provide us with extra soap. The main bedroom had a comfortable king size bed. We did have to use the pull-out sofa for our kids to sleep on, and it was not comfortable at all! Like sleeping on a board. The unit also had 2 balconies, with very nice views. Over all, it's a nice place for 2 people but amenities were not up to par for a family of 4.

Love the Spa Villas!

I've stayed at La Quinta many times over the years, and the Spa Villas at the resort are my favorite! I love the tilework, and they are close to everything - the spa, the tennis courts, the pools and the restaurants. Perfectly situated with plenty of easy parking. We had another great stay!

Amazing location.. and excellent communication with management

The unit is very “tired” needs as update. New kitchen and bathrooms and flooring would make this a little gem! Management was very quick to respond and solved all the problems.. would not stay in this particular unit again but definitely will stay on the property in the future.

Great location. Near old town La Quinta, golfing opportunities near buy, located right next to pool and hot tub, and setback off busy streets so very quite. Fixtures are a little tired, but enjoyed our stay.
