The Space:

Additionally, the fully furnished and decorated condo will make you feel right at home.

Gate will print a permit, that will need to be visible in your vehicle during your stay
For security reasons, you will need to provide your permit every time to the gate attendant when entering the community. Please let us know in advance if additional guests will need to be added to the gate. Please adhere to the 25-mph speed limit.
The Good:
PGA West is a great community. Quiet, safe and well maintained. The condo is modern and very clean. The back patio has great morning sun and the courtyard catches the afternoon warmth. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen is well appointed with the BBQ just outside in the courtyard.
The Not so Good:
The garage, advertised as a two car garage, was so cluttered with the owners âstuffâ it would hardly accommodate our midsized SUV. There was no room for our âstuffâ(bikes, golf clubs).
The Bad:
The Management Company was very reluctant to address our concerns. Our rental time was almost half gone before the owners clutter was partially removed. It took very aggressive communication on my part to get any action. It appeared that the management companyâs priority is the Owner not the renter.
Overall everything went very well. AMG vacation rentals were extremely good, did everything they said they would, and were very responsive to all of our needs. I would strongly recommend them. The property was a bit older and needed some repairs during our stay and they were dealt with promptly. The barbecue was old and not working well at all but the owner was kind enough to replace. The only thing that I WASN'T happy with was the TV service. The cable subscription did NOT have the capability of recording live TV and the owner was NOT willing to upgrade his cable TV subscription to get this functionality which we HAD to have. I had to order and pay for Google uTube TV at my own cost and I wasn't pleased with that after paying $6,000 USD per month for this rental. I will not go back to that property.
