DerniÚres vacances d'été

Appartement trĂšs propre et moderne. 20 minutes Ă  pied du centre de La Rochelle, dans un quartier trĂšs calme (mĂȘme avec le camping pour les camping-cars juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©). Le balcon est un grand plus et bien situĂ©. Nous aurions aimĂ© un petit four et un grille-pain mais sinon il y avait assez d'utensiles. Et MERCI Ă  HervĂ© pour nous avoir rencontrer Ă  "nos heures" pour le check-in et check-out. Et parking privĂ© vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ©. Nous serions restĂ©s plus longtemps si nous l'avions pu.

Logement fonctionnel, pas de charme particulier mais fait bien le job.Literie de qualitĂ©, douche spacieuse, terasse agrĂ©able.Logement et rĂ©sidence en trĂšs bonne Ă©tat.Sur place la communication est trĂšs procĂ©duriĂšre, sans sens de l’hospitalitĂ© (bien que poli et rĂ©pondant aux questions), uniquement lĂ  pour montrer le bon respect des rĂšgles. Nous avons cassĂ© deux verres, 6 euros nous on Ă©tait demandĂ© en liquide.

Rochelle - Ile de RĂ© - vacances sportives

Nous sommes déjà venus à la Rochelle il y a plusieurs années. Cette fois-ci nous avons emmené nos vélos dans le but d'aller à l'Ile de Ré. Le logement est situé à environ 5 km du pont. Du coup nous étions trÚs bien placés. Nous avons pu faire le tour de l'ßle vendredi aprÚs midi. Nous sommes également allés plusieurs fois dans le centre de la Rochelle à pied par la cÎte, ç'est trÚs agréable.

Klein aber fein

Wohnung war wie beschrieben, mit allem was man braucht und sauber! Gute Betten und die Dusche war toll! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas schroff, dass der Check-in erst um 18 Uhr möglich ist, war fĂŒr uns zu spĂ€t und dafĂŒr mussten wir schon um 9.45 Uhr raus, obwohl 10.30 in der Buchung angegeben war!

Appartement tres propre et tout confort. Belle terrasse. Place de parking sécurisée. A proximite de tout (centre historique, plage, commerce, nationale). Bon accueil et disponibilite du concierge. Sejour tres agreable.

Bon séjour en famille à La Rochelle

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine à La Rochelle dans cet appartement bien situé : proche du centre ville et des lieux touristiques (accessibles aisément en vélo ou bus) mais sans les difficultés de stationnement : parking et local vélo trÚs pratiques. L'appartement est également bien situé pour se rendre sur l'ile de Ré et l'accueil a été impeccable.

Emplacement du logement idĂ©alement situĂ© proximitĂ© port neuf, plages, commerces, la Rochelle, l'Aquarium, la ville historique Ă  deux pas... AccĂšs parking apprĂ©ciable, permet des sorties courtes ou longues lors de visites touristique et de retrouver sa place sans galĂšre ! PropriĂ©taire correct, visite logement, rĂšgles et modalitĂ©s claires. Loin des bruits des francofolies, apprĂ©ciable aussi. Bruits de rue, proximitĂ© d'un camping Ă  50m ou 100m dans la mĂȘme rue, qui ne gĂ©nĂšre que du passage de camping car, pas trop bruyant de ce cĂŽtĂ© et mĂȘme logement bien isolĂ©, mais en juillet fenĂȘtres ouvertes nĂ©cessaire pour faire entrer l'air la nuit et donc des bruits mais ceci dit passĂ© une certaine heure, tranquille. Seul point gĂȘnant qui nous a vallu de l'occulter, la fenĂȘtre de la suisine au-dessus de l'Ă©vier, la nuit, car la banquette trĂšs grande et confortable par ailleurs et malgrĂ© tous les rideaux occultants de la baie vitrĂ©e qui donne sur la grande terrasse, la lumiĂšre de l'Ă©clairage nocturne de ville est trop gĂȘnante, il manquerait un petit rideau occultant cĂŽtĂ© fenĂȘtre de la cuisine pour rendre ce logement encore plus confortable 😉 mais nous avons occultĂ© Ă  notre façon, juste pour info sur un logement dĂ©jĂ  trĂšs bien, peut-ĂȘtre une petite amĂ©lioration Ă  suggĂ©rer pour le propriĂ©taire, qu'il n'aura pas manquĂ© de lire ici.... Merci Ă  eux. 😊 LP
