We liked the food quality in all their restaurants. The property itself and its amenities were also good. However, the customer service and communication with the staff was terrible. From the beginning of reservation, there was a communication lag, as well as when we got to the property itself. They put us in a different villa from what we reserved for, and the concierge assigned to us was nowhere to be found half the time.
