The best part for us was the proximity to the La Spezia Centrale train station. (An easy 5 minute walk.)
The property manager that greeted us at the entrance was very nice and was helpful to us the entire stay. She was also very fluent in English and a good communicator in person and via WhatsApp.
We had a very nice 3 night stay.

Convenient, clean and good amenities
Posted Jul. 8, 2023 on HotelsLovely rental in the center of La Spezia, very close to the train station and 10-15 minutes from the port where you can catch the ferry to the Cinque Terre. Super well located, clean, simple, and with a very friendly, amazing host who gave us a lot of good recommendations.

Elisa was very good communicating prior to our arrival to arrange check in. We did have a little difficulty finding it at first as there was some construction in front. Elisa was incredibly helpful with information about the area and suggestions for travelling to Cinque Terre and restaurants - even the gluten free options!The room was very clean and was cleaned while we stayed. The location is good with ready access to shops and restaurants.
