Hôtel insalubre, doit être fermé . Quelle honte de proposer cet établissement à une famille avec des enfants

Chambre bruyante...bruits autoroute.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I am sorry that your stay did not go well. I apologize that it was noisy and the breakfast room was not fully stocked and operational when you arrived. I also apologize that the room you were in had a sink that did not drain well.

Visible damage in room and through hotel visible dirty room and towels

Our 1st room assigned 126 with queen bed had no toilet paper and a plunger was next to toilet. I got toilet paper from front desk, flushed toilet and would not flush. Waited for tank to fill, flushed again and bowl just filled up. Would not flush. Went back to front desk with all our bags and room key. We were given upgrade to a King on, 314. Only one set of towels. Went back to front desk and requested another set. Night manager said he would bring up and he did. None of these above issues should have happened. You get what you pay for. We will never be back. TV was fuzzy and could only get QVC and some bachelor bachlorette channel. Found CNN. We wanted FOX. Could not find FOX. LEFT Side table next to bed was sticky. I cleaned with cleaning supplies I had. CLEANED Tv remote also and lots of sticky stuff came off that too.
This establishment needs a thorough upgrade and cleaning.

Dead bug left on walls live jun bugs and they double changed

Low quality motel. My room was missing the fridge. Took shower, water was barely warm, heater went out, had to move to another room. Pool and jacuzzi was down (which was the whole reason we decided to stay at this motel). Breakfast was very, very minimal.
