The villa offers an entirely ground-floor layout. The living space comprises a combined kitchen, dining, and living area. French windows open onto the terrace.
Outdoor amenities consist of an enclosed, verdant garden featuring olive trees, lime trees, plum trees, and fig trees. A spacious, shaded terrace equipped with a barbecue offers direct access to the kitchen/dining area. The villa includes a private enclosed swimming pool (10m x 5m) secured by a fence, with a maximum depth of 1.70 m.
The property is located in the countryside, about 1.5 km from the centre of the village, where you will find local shops: bakery, bar-restaurant.
