I booked a room with them while traveling & right before we are about to arrive at the property they called me and stated that they did not have the room available that I booked. They offered a family of 4 adults a room with ONE king bed. I told them that would work for our family and they told me that I had to reach out to hotels.com since I booked with a third party. I did that & the agent contacted them to cancel the booking & I booked a room at a different hotel. Now they refuse to give me my refund and we did NOT even stay at their property. Would NOT choose this hotel as they clearly have terrible customer service or values..

Nice overall but couldn’t help when I needed it.

The tv wouldn’t change channels. When I asked for a discount price for the room because the amenity wasn’t available they told I booked through hotels.com and nothing they could do.

The overall experience was just ok. The window drapes were torn and the overall repair of the room was not great. The soap dispensers in the shower did not work, and the staff did not fix it even after it was reported. The water fountain near the gym was incredibly dirty and the water coming out of it was gray and opaque. It seems like they need some updates and replace some of the older equipment.

Non-smoking room had a smoke odor. Smoke alarm was detached and lying on the dresser. Bed was comfortable and room seemed clean. Breakfast was very good. Front desk and breakfast attendant were very nice.

There was plenty of food options nearby but there was no hot water in one of our rooms (it was fixed for a brief time then none again the next morning). The telephone didn’t work in one room. The pool was also closed.

Great option if you’re visiting your student at Purdue! Rooms are large, easy parking, nice breakfast and easy drive to West Lafayette. Price is also reasonable. I will be back!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. After checking in and getting my room assigned, when I got to the room the keycard didn’t work, I called the front desk and someone walked over to provide me with new keycards.
