Dated and needs refurbishment

This hotel has seen better days. The comfort of the room itself is satisfactory and clean, but the common areas is where it needs some work. The elevator probably needs an overhaul. Carpeting is starting to look a little old. I would still use this hotel in a pinch, the price point is decent, probably what it's worth, but I would pay a little more for something nicer. It may sound like nitpicking, but after traveling the world and experiencing all levels of hotel stay, I think this Quality Inn can benefit from this advice and still meet a competitive price point..

Very dirty, found hairs in the bed and had to strip the sheets and get new ones from housekeepers

Checkin was good and the young lady was kind. However the card did not work on 2nd day so went down to the front office. The lady with colored hair was on the phone speaker and renewed my card without looking at me or checking anything. Very dirty room and especially bathroom. This is the first property where the coffee machine and others is in the bathroom. Horrible shower. There is no lift inspection certificate displayed.

Clean and quiet but not being able to use tub was disappointment and extreme weed smell through out hotel 😞 Staff was very friendly but would not stay again due to tub and drug smell 😞
