Unhappy check out
Posted Jan. 8, 2024 on HotelsWhen i booked hotel i paid all charges which hotel.com showed but when i checked out property asked me more 2 thousand as tax which was un expected. It was not my responsibility to pay anything there because i already booked prepaid. In my opinion hotel.com should manage all expenses when they are charging online

Overall is good but bathrooms are not good enought. Bathrooms are well below the standard of hotel. They should improve it. Sunlight is also coming in room because of poor fitting of curtains.

Great hotel, value for money
