Do NOT stay here on Mon to Thur. Restaurant and bar not open. Areal around town very minimal selections until the weekend. Big sign says "NO outside food or drink" but inside was no selections. Had to walk 1/2 mile for a cup of coffee.

Es nuestro parador oficial en La Parguera, voy desde pequeña y ahora llevo a mi familia. Lamentablemente en esta ocasión el servicio de comida en la piscina tardó demasiado para una simple picadera y la actitud de la empleada fue mala. Al siguiente queríamos almorzar en el restaurante y eran las 11:50am y como abrian a las 12pm no siquiera nos tomaron la orden. A las 12pm nos acercamos y nos indicaron que el chef no estaba y no había llegado por lo que no sabían cuando podían atendernos. Ambas situaciones son totalmente prevenibles sobretodo cuando hablamos de servicio de comida en un parador. Espero que mejoren ya que es importante mantener el buen servicio para retener a su clientela.

En el restaurante, si estan cortos de personal decirle al que esta haciendo los platos que no los haga por mesa. Que tire todos los aperitivos primero. Y luego que se concentre en las mesas ya que cuando le traen todo aperitivos y comida no es bueno. Y asi la espera no se hace tan larga. Pueden añadir en desayuno un buffet y quizas cobrar $20 por persona.

Loved how close we were to the water. We looked foward to stepping out the back door to see the beautiful view every morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way, especially the security staff. This parador was at walking distance to cute, small shopping stores, restaurants, bars, bakery, laundromat, food market and tours offered to the bioluminescent bay. I definitely recommend this parador.

Not good. 1. Parking in the property is not guaranteed. Once it is full they do not stay with the key. 2. The service in the restaurant is extremely bad. The coffee is horrible and once the self-service coffee station runs out, it takes forever to refill it. It took around 45 minutes for my server to realize that our order was forgotten by the kitchen. Only after we let her know. Needless to say, we cancelled it. 3. Rooms are pretty old without trashcans in the living are. Only in the bathrooms. 4. The condition of the general areas are all right but it they obviously do not know what a a gem they have, They definitively need full renovations and new management. The hotel in front (too bad is for adults-only) is awesome. Restaurant, common areas, and pools are extremely nice!
