The Casa da Vigia is a cottage situated in a waterfront location with a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean. This house was recently built on the house of an old whaling and official whaling. At the beginning of whaling, in the parish of Calheta de Nesquim, the site was used for whale watching to have a very broad view of the sea. Upstairs has a 2 bedroom apartment for up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a kitchen and common room. It has a laundry room, a large terrace with wonderful views over the village and the immensity of the sea and furniture to relax and dine outdoors.
The house has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood oven.
The water heating is done with solar energy through two panels and thermo-accumulator.
