The hotel was great. You all failed to complete the payment transaction correctly. I spent a half an hour, after driving for 27 hours talking to staff trying to resolve what was ultimately your problem.

Went with a friend, each had our own room. I immediately told the front desk girl that my room smelled terribly musty and that i was allergic to mold. When i asked for a new room, she said she couldn't switch rooms, even though it was obvious the hotel was not busy. She acted very "put out" and finally gave me a new room at the opposite end and a different floor, far away from my friend. I know there were other rooms closer, but i didn’t ask for one. Very unfriendly..

We had a great time staying here! The staff was kind and helpful. When we arrived there was a power outage on the whole block and the manager worked hard to do everything she could to get power restored. About 4 hours later we finally got power! The breakfast buffet was great 😃.

No hot water

Typical budget hotel. But hot water was not working. They fixed it later in the evening, but it was too late for us as we had to take a cold shower and meet some friends.
